Get Enough Sleep!
We push our bodies everyday to workout, clean, walk, run, sit in the same place which can cause stress on our bodies. We need to honour our bodies by stretching it out and keeping flexable so that we can do those day to day things that need to be done. As we age our body will cease up if we don't stretch it and you wil find that's when you get those aches and pains. Yoga is a great metod of stretching and relaxing the body which everyone could benefit from these days!
