12 Days before Christmas – Day 8
Our bodies can only work when we treat them well. Stretching is another great way to do that as it keeps us flexable and feeling young. As we get older our body will cease up and you may find it harder to move around if we are not stretching it often enough. This can cause those aches and pains that people put down to just "old age". There are many ways you can do this and one of those ways is through yoga is a great metod of stretching and relaxing the body and mind which everyone could benefit from these days!
