Eat Healthy Food!
On day 1 we talked about making sure that you are actually eating enough food. When we eat we should be eating healthy foods at least 80% of the time. You want to live your life and enjoy your food and if you restrict too much you will crave what you can't have and end up eating too much of it. So try to eat healthy most of the time. Try your best to eat foods with just one ingrediant, for example, spinach instead of 36 ingrediants in chips. The less ingrediants the better it is for you. In order for this to work, start slow and incorporate healthy foods slowly so that it's not such a big change all at once.
