Do Cardio!

Cardio will get your blood flowing and is great for your heart. Try high intesitive interval training (HIIT) for a quick but effective workout. This includes short burts of very intensive carido with a rest period in between. It is the basis for the successful worksouts Insanity and Turbo Fire to name a few.
