Do you ever have those days where you just do not want to work out and you just want to rest?
Today was one of those days where I did not want to work out. I kept thinking to myself that I could just skip today and tomorrow I could start again. I thought of all the other things I could do and that maybe I should just rest my body.
So what did I do?
I put on my work out clothes and my running shoes and I worked out. It is only 25 minutes and then I could get on with the rest of my day. So I pushed hard and in 30 minutes it was done and it felt great that I had not given into my thoughts and that I did something healthy for my body today.
Sometimes we just don’t feel like doing that work out or eating healthy and just want to stop the world for a little while. I’m not saying we cannot rest but don’t give into those idea’s that we should just wait another day to get healthy. I find that just putting on my work out gear and then staring at the screen with the video then encourages me to press play.
