12 Days before Christmas – Day 10
We push our bodies everyday to workout, clean, walk, run around, sit in the same place which can cause stress on our bodies. We need to honour ourselves by taking some time out just to relax. This is so hard for people these days as they are always trying to catch up with yesterday and all the things we have to do everyday. De-stressing is so important that we need to make a few minutes a day to do this. It can have so many benefits such as helping lower blood pressure, having a healthier heart healthy and allowing you to take on the pressures of everyday with less stress. How can you de-stress? Take a bath with epsom salts, drink some tea and read a good book, meditate, do some yoga. Try it out and see how you feel each day!
