Our first tip is on dieting and eating too little.
Your body needs to have food and good nutrition in order to function. I hear people say that if they only eat once or twice a day then they should lose weight when this is far from the truth. Many things happen when you do not eat enough and not to get technical your body goes into starvation mode and will keep your fat and store it. Along with that other negative things will happen to your body such as feeling sleepy and sluggish, moody, inability to focus or concentrate. Another thing that happens is that your body may start eating your muscle in order to get the proper nutrition all even though there is fat stored to be used up. When your muscles are used for energy they weaken and you are no longer as strong as you once were. Along with all that your metabolism will slow down which will allow your body to store even more fat!
So what can you do? Find out how many calories you need minimality each day (never below 1200 for women and 1800 for men) and feed your body healthy food with 5-6 meals daily. You have only one body for your whole life, take care of it now or you will be forced to take care of it later after all the side effects add up.
