Highly Sensitive People tend to have sensitive bodies. If you have sensitivities to foods, notice that you can’t eat certain foods or you feel tired all the time, it may be due to being highly sensitive.
Have you ever tried to Google or read a book about nutrition but you get so many contradictory pieces of advice that you don’t know where to go?
Eat meat… don’t eat meat. Eggs are bad for you…. eggs are good for you. Gluten is not good for your body… gluten isn’t that bad for your body. Bah!
I’ve been there and I can share with you what I’ve learned.
This is not going to be about going on a diet or about telling you that you need to eat only kale, lettuce and celery; it’s about understanding nutrition and figuring out what works for you.
It is not going to be complicated and it will be filled with fun creativity challenges. 🙂
